There were rumours that the actress took some pills which resulted in the drastic weight loss but she refuted those claims.
She disclosed that it took a lot of discipline to achieve such great and amazing figure. “I all comes down to discipline. I walk a lot and I don’t mostly go to the gym. I am also mindful of what I eat”, she stated.
Nana Ama also clearly stated that she didn’t take any drugs to attain her current body size. She revealed that she used to weigh 88kg but lost 48.4 pounds due to strict diet and exercise.
According to the actress, choosing an outfit was a huge task and swimwears were a no-go area for her but now she can wear whatever she wants including swimwear.
She also revealed that her weight loss has boosted her confidence level and is not bothered of flaunting it.
It is obvious Nana Ama is really comfortable in her new body as she always seen in pictures exhibiting her great body and shape.
