An additional 4 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Ghana, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 6. Two of them returned to the country from the United States last week
This brings the total number of reported cases in the country to six.
This was announced by the government at a press briefing to inform citizens about the 2019 Novel outbreak (COVID-19) in the country. The government stated that three such cases were reported in Accra and another in the Ashanti region.
Dr Badu Sarkodie, Director of the public health Department of the Ghana health service, who provided an update on cases in the country, said new cases had also been imported into the country.
